About This Position

Veden Media is a creative digital marketing agency that helps businesses look their best online. Our team ensures not only that the video production and marketing products we deliver exceed our clients’ expectations, but that our clients and our team enjoy the process and want to continue the relationship. We provide video production for web, tv, broadcast as well as paid marketing channels.

Over the past ten years we have grown in multiple departments (web design, digital marketing, video production). After the pandemic we have quickly rebuilt our video production team. In order to maintain our growth, we are looking for two more video team members who can help us service more clients. We’re looking for creative and motivated docial media project managers who are excited about developing new services and growing a company.

What The Job Entails:

Understanding of Social Media platforms and how they can help local businesses owners grow their business

Understanding of different marketing objectives such as: lead generation, branding, nurturing, educational campaigns, content marketing, etc.

Working closely with clients to help them understand certain aspects of the marketing campaigns and to help them take steps needed to move the campaign forward (content creation, scheduling, log in information, etc);

Collaborating with the creative video production team to develop the best possible brand for each client;

Content creation, research and basic copy-writing;

Constant pursuit of excellence and creativity for each project

And above all, doing whatever it takes to help our clients grow, so we can grow.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have The Following:

A relevant degree or 3 years of experience running social media campaigns;

Experience on most of the following social media platforms: instagram, facebook, tiktok, youtube, twitter, snapchat, linkedin;

A solid understanding of the creative process associated with social media marketing (discovery process, competitor research, planning, pre-production, production, depoloyment, monitoring, etc);

Ability to manage the client relationships, scheduling, and work with the production team;

Not just technical know-how, but interest in creativity and storytelling

A love for following trends and keeping up to date with the latest social media styles

IMPORTANT: Excellent communication skills, and overall characteristics of someone that our clients will want to come back and spend more time with.

 

Compensation:

This position requires a trial period during which you will be compensated per project, depending on the scope and volume of work you feel comfortable with. After the trial period, we can discuss the salary or an hourly rate.
